I find this interesting and would love to know your thoughts, if any. Since picking Palin I wondered what the VP debate would be like and would Biden have to walk a tight rope in regards to how tough he could be with her. I remember in '04 when in one of the debates Kerry, when speaking about gay marriage, named Cheney's daughter by name, and caught all kinds of hell for it, even tho he was righ....

My sister went for her first ultrasound yesterday...
and they couldn't find a heart beat... they said either she isn't as far along as they expected (maybe only six weeks instead of ten) or she miscarried... she is spotting but not a lot and they said it is normal to spot but we are all really scared. I don't know how she is going to wait to find out if everything is ok. She said she still feels pregnant and doesn't feel like she miscarried... but ....

over the long weekend. We rode about 16 miles in total. I have to admit, I hadn't ridden a bike in YEARS so felt a little wobbly at first. But the spin classes definitely helped bacause I was fine physically....G struggled alittle bit with the hill at the end. ;)

I watched. Tho it was hard.....Guiliani did good, so did Palin. I have to say, her baby was just adorable....I think her speech got the repos who were already behind them confident in her, but probably didn't sway the undecides. Or the Hillary vote.
