I have to get the recipe for this...

My brother's nanny's husband helped my sister paint the high places on her staircase, and the nanny came over to make lunch yesterday.  They are both from El Salvador, and the nanny made papusas, which is ground, seasoned pork in an encasement of masa, and then is grilled.  It was absolutely fantastic!  The idea of working with masa intimidates me, though.

She also made an El Salvadorian cole slaw to accompany, which was wonderful as well.  Similar to our, but just uses vinegar, and no oil or dressing.  She seasoned the slaw with salt, pepper and oregano.
