The Senate bill wanted to include this; the House, under Jerry Lewis (who is, you know, under investigation right now) wanted to take it out, which they did. Also the hypocrisy of slipping in appropriations for bird flu. Also, what the heck is meant by slipping in language INTO THIS BILL authorizing the Dubai Ports Bill? I wondered what happened to that, are they trying to back door it in now?
