| | No. That is nOT the question Americans should be asking themselves. Yes, some of those people in Gitmo Bay are undoubtedly terrorists, but how can anyone know if they don't have a chance to get a fair trial and have representation, including non-secretive open airing about just who is there. We know, for example, that at least some of those people are accidentally in Gitmo Bay, turned in for money by some, in the wrong place at the wrong time, or perhaps even for petty crimes. | |
